Great Lakes Facility Management is a minority-owned company that provides total facility services. Great Lakes was founded in 2010 as a pro-fessional Building Service Contractor dedicated to serving all types of businesses through-out the State of Michigan. Great Lakes has become one of the most progressive, minority-owned building maintenance company in the Midwest region and has expanded services to the States of California, Texas and Nevada serving both Commercial and Government entities. Great Lakes has an experienced and dedicated manage-ment and supervisory teams, and over 30 employees who are responsible for our customer base that covers Michigan, Texas and Nevada.


Quality control is the most important aspect of our business. We believe that the biggest mistake janitorial companies make is to grow too fast without a sound foundation in place to handle the growth. Our goal is continued growth, but at a moderate pace that does not compromise the quality and safety of our services. Great Lakes Facility Management has in place a management team and Quality Control Program that ensures that our clients receive a consistently high standard of work from our employees.
